Williams Distributing is looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join their successful Studio team. A Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative is responsible for finding sales opportunities and completing sales with contractors, remodelers, and homeowners. This is accomplished by identifying target customers, making calls, visiting job sites and assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner with their projects and related product knowledge. Sales techniques, developing customers, following through with commitments and heavy communication are all components of this position. A strong initiative and excellent attuite with aligned target goals are necessary to this position.

Candidates must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented, computer literate, and possess problem-solving skills as they will be working with customers and staff closely. Background check and drug screen are required prior to employment

Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen & Bath design knowledge
  • Identifies target customers, increases and maintains market share
  • Manages schedule efficiently to meet with clients or contractors
  • Presenting and closing projects with clients
  • Meets and/or exceeds sales and profit goals by following up on sales leads, monitoring market trends and growing the positive reputation of the company
  • Keeps lines of communication open between the team members at the store and customers to ensure that service is accurate and timely.
  • Other various projects/ duties as determined by manager

Requirements:

  • Kitchen & Bath design knowledge
  • Demonstrated Kitchen & Bath sales knowledge; design a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; 20/20 software a plus
  • Accuracy with numbers and details
  • Willing to travel for product training
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in new construction and/or remodeling a plus
