Job Description

Williams Kitchen & Bath / Williams Distributing, a growing, privately held Kitchen & Bath and HVAC distribution company is seeking to add a motivated Human Resources Manager to the team.

Position: Human Resources Manager

Reports to: HR Director

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5

*additional times/meetings as necessary

Job Duties:

  • Manage and develop HR team
  • Maintain compliance on all Federal, State, and Local employment regulations and filling deadlines.
  • Oversee Corporate-wide HR & Safety Committee
  • Execute strategic initiatives as determined by HR Director/Executive Team
  • Provide monthly HR metrics for Executive Team
  • Maintain and evaluates HR process and procedures.
  • Implement annual compensation programs and updated job descriptions.
  • Oversee corporate handbooks
  • Actively involved in recruiting process for Management level hires.
  • Maintain relationships with benefit agents, staffing companies, HRIS system, etc.
  • Ensures accurate record keeping and retention practices
  • Other tasks as determined by manager
