Williams Distributing, a local HVAC distributor, is looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join their team as an Outside Salesperson for our Hearth and Garage Door divisions. Being on time, reliable, hardworking and taking initiative is essential.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and flexible enough to travel as needed. The primary focus of this position is to vigorously promote the sales of Williams existing base of dealer accounts and to expand that dealer base on a continuing basis through prospecting, cold calls, company generated leads and self-research. Background check and drug screen are required prior to employment.

- Work with customer service to prepare bids
- Sales presentations to customer base and prospects
- Educate customers by conducting in-depth product knowledge demonstrations
- Act as liaison between project manager(s) and customer(s)
- Address and resolve customer issues on a timely basis
- Other duties as assigned by senior level management
- Experience in the industry preferred
- Hearth and garage door product knowledge preferred but, not required
- Project management and contracting experience a plus
- Computer skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel
